Bought from SuperCheap Auto, when my VW Amarok went into limp mode. The scanner was able to display and clear the error code so now this scanner has a permanent place in my glove box! I am guessing that the “CAN” in the product name, implies CAN Bus supported, so it is probably a very good choice for modern vehicles. Anyway, I am a happy customer, and can recommend this device.
